Personal data controller

The personal data controller is the association EPO1 z. s., Company ID 10693963, with its registered office at Elektrárenská 322, 541 03 Trutnov–Poříčí, registered in the Register of Associations maintained by the Regional Court in Hradec Králové.

Purpose and legal basis

• Performance of a contract — processing reservations, tickets, sales of editions and catalogs, venue rentals.
• Legal obligation — bookkeeping, archiving of tax documents.
• Legitimate interest — protection of property and persons (CCTV system), direct marketing for existing clients.
• Consent — sending newsletters, event photos for marketing purposes.

Retention period

• Reservations and tickets — for the duration of the contractual relationship + 3 years.
• Accounting documents — 10 years in accordance with Act No. 563/1991 Coll.
• CCTV footage — 30 days.
• Newsletter contact details — until consent is withdrawn.
• Event photos — 5 years or until consent is withdrawn.

Recipients of data

• Public institutions and government authorities as required by law.
• Contractual processors — accounting services, IT administration, email and reservation systems, ticket vendors.
• The controller does not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area.

Your rights

• The right of access to personal data.
• The right to rectification or completion of inaccurate data.
• The right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"), provided there is no other legal basis for retention.
• The right to restriction of processing.
• The right to data portability.
• The right to object to processing.
• The right to withdraw consent that has been granted.
• The right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection.

Cookies and analysis

The epo1.cz website uses technically necessary cookies for the site to function correctly. With your consent, we also use traffic analysis (Google Analytics 4, anonymized IP).

You can withdraw your consent at any time via your browser settings or our cookie banner.

Camera system

A camera system is operated within the EPO1 premises and exhibition halls to protect people, property, and the exhibited works. Recordings are stored for 30 days and are automatically deleted after this period.

Access to the recordings is restricted to authorized personnel only. If necessary (e.g., upon request by law enforcement or for incident investigations), they are provided to the relevant authorities.
