Four exhibition halls in a former power plant dating back to 1914. High ceilings, original cranes, generator blocks—the kind of space that the Czech Republic has long lacked in contemporary art galleries.
The genius loci of the place is evident at first glance: industrial architecture from 1914, monumental halls, and original technical details. The revitalization of the complex was initiated by Rudolf Kasper, owner of KASPER GROUP, on whose land in Trutnov–Poříčí the building stands.
The gallery opened to the public in May 2023. We specialize in monumental contemporary art—sculptures, installations, and site-specific projects. We are building a permanent collection of young Czech artists; the facility also includes a café and an educational program.
