Visitor guidelines

• By entering the exhibition and other publicly accessible areas, visitors express their agreement with these visitor guidelines and undertake to comply with them.
• Children under 12 years of age may only enter when accompanied by a person over 18, who bears responsibility for them at all times.
• Visitors are required to behave in a manner that does not endanger their own safety or that of others, does not damage exhibits, equipment, or premises, and maintains the dignified atmosphere of a cultural institution.

Admission and accessibility

• Entry is permitted only with a valid ticket, accreditation, or other authorization issued by the gallery or organizers.
• The number of visitors in certain areas may be limited for safety reasons.
• Any discounts, free admission, and specific conditions are determined by the current price list or management decision.

Safety and collection protection

• Visitors acknowledge that their movement may be monitored by a camera system installed for the protection of persons, the facility, and the exhibited works. Recordings are kept for 30 days.
• Touching exhibits, frames, pedestals, and display cases is prohibited unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Operating rules

• Smoking, including the use of electronic cigarettes, as well as bringing in alcohol, narcotics, weapons, and other dangerous items, is prohibited.
• Animals are not permitted, with the exception of assistance dogs.
• Please observe basic hygiene standards and respect waste sorting rules while on the premises.

Photography and recordings

• Photography for personal use is permitted unless otherwise stated. The use of tripods, flashes, or professional equipment is only allowed with the consent of management.
• Commercial or publication recordings require prior approval.

Parking

• Parking is available in designated areas. Parking in fire zones or other restricted areas is prohibited.

Emergency situations

• In the event of an emergency, visitors must follow the instructions of authorized personnel, firefighters, or the police.
• Any injury or other incident must be reported to the staff immediately.

Liability

• The gallery is not responsible for lost or damaged items unless they have been properly stored. Visitors are responsible for any damage caused by their conduct.

Scope of application

• These visitor guidelines apply to the entire EPO1 complex in Trutnov, adjacent areas, and events held outside the main premises—such as the Chapel of St. Joseph in Slavětín or other locations where the EPO1 association carries out exhibition, cultural, or educational programs.

Final provisions

• The EPO1 Association reserves the right to update these visitor guidelines at any time.
• Effective from: May 24, 2023.
