The theatrical site-specific production Dance of Death will immerse you in the unique atmosphere of a funeral procession of sadness and a joyful celebration of life. In the spirit of baroque contrast, laughter mixes with tears and joy with melancholy. Inspired by the iconic fresco cycle The Dance of Death in Kuks, the performance recalls the impermanence and beauty of human existence. The production takes place in the open air and is conceived as a touring piece – the audience moves with the actors between each performance.
